Business and Partner Coordinator

Function

  • Supporting the Project Managers Community & National Medicines Verifications Organisations (NMVOs) by collecting and preparing materials for monthly meetings, handling NMVOs’ requests together with the Partner & Project Expert and coordinating pan-European activities
  • Providing support and guidance to pharmaceutical companies regarding Divestiture & Acquisitions, on-boarding process, etc.
  • Coordinating the monthly Stakeholder meetings including drafting agendas, minutes, collecting and assembling presentations
  • Following up on defined action items from various meetings, workshops, etc.
  • Developing and disseminating communication materials to increase EMVO’s visibility
  • Preparing meetings, trainings, workshops and webinars
  • Coordinating cross-project activities & representing EMVO
  • Supporting the alignment and improvement of business processes
  • Preparing and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and user manuals.

Profile

You are/you have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, International relations, or Communication related field or have gained significant experience through your previous work
  • Minimum of two years of experience
  • Highly proficient working with Microsoft 365 Package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledgeable about WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and various online tools (e.g., SharePoint, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Possessing strong writing, editing, and design layout skills are essential
  • Excellent planning and management skills
  • Proactiveness, creativeness, and innovation.

Language

  • Excellent written and spoken English is absolutely vital to join this multicultural team where English is the working language
